from Growth to Developer fail

cause: "Your organization's current usage exceeds the limits of the subscription you are downgrading to. To downgrade, you need to:

Reduce your current number of nodes to match the target subscription."

But I'm not creating any projects at the moment

    Hi, Lei! We see you have 2 Polygon nodes running, but Developer plan allows only 1 active node. Remove one node to fit Developer plan quota, then you can downgrade.
