Stellar support

Please consider adding both testnet and public nodes for Stellar. I'm developing a service for a client that needs a response when creating new payment transactions. Using the horizon URL it's taking up to 9 seconds to get the response from the Stellar-SDK .. therefore I see the need for one at Chainstack
