Subscribe to only specific chain-related alerts

Hi, in https://status.chainstack.com/ we would like to subscribe to the alerts that are only related to Fuse. I believe it will be a useful feature for many others. In addition, it would also be super useful if there are issues with specific endpoints (like we did lately with eth_call endpoints)
