I need to broadcast each transaction 5-6 times before it can be uploaded to the chain. There is no change in the program. I just re-initiate the transaction with a single deposit. The failure rate is too high, which prevents me from conducting business normally.

It can sign and broadcast normally, but cannot produce blocks. It can only re-initiate the chain, and the failure rate is very high. This kind of problem was rare before.
