CloudNew chain support

Please consider adding both testnet and public nodes for Stellar. I'm developing a service for a client that needs a response when creating new payment transactions. Using the horizon URL it's taking up to 9 seconds to get the response from the Stellar-SDK .. therefore I see the need for one at Chainstack

    We're Blockradar, a multi-chain wallet infrastructure. We're integrating Stellar now and would move our indexing plus reads and transaction execution to Chainstack.

    One requirement worth scoping early: we need a Horizon endpoint (payments streaming and account/trustline reads), not just Soroban RPC. Our deposit indexing runs on Horizon, so Soroban RPC alone wouldn't cover our use case. Happy to share more detail on expected call patterns if useful.
